To help us process your firearm transfer quickly and efficiently, please select a date and complete the following form for every transfer request.

This procedure is part of our internal process for all transfers, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Transfer Pricing:

FFL Transfer Policy

Private Party Transfers (In-Person): $40 per firearm, cash only. Receiving party must have valid Colorado License (expired, hole punched ID will not be accepted).

Shipped Transfers: $60 for the first firearm; $20 for each additional firearm in the same shipment.

Please allow 24 to 48 hours after delivery for us to process and log your firearm(s) into our system. Once ready, we will contact you by phone only. If you're unavailable, a voicemail will be left.

Important: Firearms must be picked up within 25 days of our initial notification. Unclaimed items beyond this period may be subject to additional fees or forfeiture.

Magazine Compliance Notice:

Magazines that exceed the 15-round legal capacity will surrendered per state compliance standards.

Private Party Transfers are completed at our location.

Please Note:

If a firearm is being shipped by a private seller, a clear, valid, state-issued photo ID must be included with the package. This is required by state and local laws.

All transfer fees are final and non-refundable.
