1. Services Provided

Alpha Pistol Co. offers firearms safety education and Colorado Concealed Carry Permit classes. All training is conducted in accordance with Colorado state laws and regulations.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register for a class. By enrolling, you affirm that you are legally allowed to possess a firearm and are not prohibited by law from doing so.

3. Class Registration & Payment

All class registrations must be completed through AlphaPistolCo.com or by contacting us directly. Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your spot. Payments are non-refundable but may be transferred to another available class date if requested at least 48 hours in advance.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to weather, instructor availability, or insufficient enrollment. In such cases, participants will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

5. Liability Waiver

By participating in any training offered by Alpha Pistol Co., you agree to: Follow all safety protocols and instructor directions at all times. Assume all risks associated with firearms training. Release Alpha Pistol Co., its owners, employees, and affiliates from any liability resulting from injuries or damages during or after participation in any class.

6. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected through the website will only be used for communication, class scheduling, and as required by law. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images—is the property of Alpha Pistol Co. and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Code of Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove participants from any class who: Appear intoxicated or under the influence of drugs, Exhibit unsafe behavior, Disrupt instruction or endanger others.

9. Modifications

Alpha Pistol Co. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
